Perceptions of life through the eyes of an Engineer By Michael C Geraghty.

Born in Liverpool in the 1950's, and began my journey into the creative world of engineering in 1970. Studying mechanical/fabrication & welding engineering, and then went on to spend over 40 years covering every facet of fabrication and design/drafting. From 1998 to present, 12 years of Intensive C.A.D. and digital art which has encompassed, and included my life in engineering as the main theme for my artwork.

The fascination with intricate abstract art and virtual sculpture has created a new avenue to expand upon my desire, to turn functional engineering structures/fabrications into aesthetic artwork.

Inspired by the creative design/engineering and artwork of �Leonardo Davinci�, and also the modern engineering animatronic sculptures of �Mark Ho� among many others.
